Liberty Mutual makes two key management appointments


Liberty Mutual Insurance has introduced two management appointments inside Global Risk Solutions (GRS) underwriting. Brandon Fick has joined the corporate as North America chief underwriting officer and Nate Zangerle has been named chief underwriting officer for world surety.

Fick will report back to Matthew Moore, GRS president of underwriting, and GRS President Neeti Bhalla Johnson in her interim twin position as president of GRS North America. Zangerle will report back to Moore and GRS Global Surety President Tim Mikolajewski.

In his new position, Fick shall be answerable for underwriting efficiency throughout GRS North America, which gives industrial, specialty and reinsurance merchandise. Prior to becoming a member of Liberty Mutual, Fick served as chief underwriting officer for Zurich North America.

Zangerle has been with Liberty Mutual for greater than 20 years, most lately serving as world surety chief working officer for world dangers.
