FTX US acquires Embed Financial subsidiary for inventory buying and selling platform
The United States-based subsidiary of cryptocurrency change FTX will purchase Embed Financial Technologies as a part of a deal aimed toward “enhancing” the corporate’s inventory providing.
In a Tuesday announcement, FTX US mentioned it’ll buy Embed Financial Technologies and its subsidiary, clearing agency Embed Clearing, for an undisclosed quantity “pending satisfaction of customary closing circumstances and regulatory approval.” The deal adopted the crypto agency’s announcement in May that it will be launching a inventory buying and selling platform, with FTX Stocks partnering with Embed Clearing to “execute, clear and custody” consumer accounts and trades.
